Responsibilities
Glenn is the Managing Partner at Cygan Hayes and possesses experience serving privately-held companies. As managing partner, Glenn is responsible for the direction of day-to-day client services. In addition to accounting and audit services, Glenn assists clients with individual and corporate income tax planning, financial analysis and business consulting.

Relevant Experience
Since joining the firm in 1987, Glenn has gained experience working with clients in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturers, distributors, real estate developers, local governments and multi-employee benefit plans.

Education and Professional Activities
Glenn received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Responsibilities
Jeff is the leader of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Practice Group. Jeff performs audits, reviews, and compilations along with preparing corporate and personal income tax returns.

Relevant Experience
Jeff joined the firm in 1997 as a staff accountant and became partner in 2005. His areas of focus include manufacturing, construction, service industries, and not-for-profit entities. He enjoys drawing from his experiences to work with owners in the success of their businesses.

Education and Professional Activities
Jeff earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA.

Responsibilities
As a partner in Cygan Hayes, Ltd., Dawn enjoys maintaining a close working relationship with her clients, not just at the year end, but throughout the entire year. She is responsible for all aspects of client services including audits, reviews, financial statement preparation, and tax return preparation for both individual and business entities.

Relevant Experience
Dawn joined the firm in 2004. She has grown in responsibilities from staff member to partner through continual studies and learning from leaders within her firm and others in the industry. Her client expertise includes tax-exempt entities, employee benefit plans, construction industry, and small/closely held businesses.

Education and Professional Activities
Dawn earned her degree in Accounting from the University of St. Francis and her MBA at Lewis University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA.
